For The Love of Tits – A Benefit for Mama Tits

Puerto Vallarta is coming together for one unforgettable night to support beloved drag icon Mama Tits, who is currently facing serious medical challenges requiring ongoing treatment. To help with medical costs and ongoing care, Awaysis is hosting “For The Love of Tits,” a special evening featuring a collection of performances from some of the region’s most loved musicians and entertainers.

The event will take place Wednesday, December 10th at 6:00 PM at Awaysis, with performances by:

• Diego Guerrero
• Kim Archer
• Alison Lo
• Stolie
• Miana and Jared
• Dos Pesos
• Surprise Guests

There is a 300 peso suggested donation at the door, and every peso raised will be donated directly to Mama Tits, including all bar sales during the event.

Mama Tits (Brian Peters) is a longtime performer, activist, and community pillar whose humor, heart, and unapologetic power have left a mark on residents and visitors alike. Following recent medical complications, the community has rallied around her through an ongoing GoFundMe campaign:

In response to the fundraiser, Brian Peters shared:

Event organizers share that sentiment. “Puerto Vallarta simply wouldn’t be the same without Mama,” said Gavin Garner and Adam McRoberts, owners of Awaysis. “We’ve known Brian for over two decades; he’s part of our family. “He has poured so much love into this community for so many years. This is our chance to show him how much he means to all of us.”
